Providing a brighter future for organic electronics. Literally.

Organic electronics are about to improve efficiencies in many electronic applications. In some cases they even allow for completely new features, such as ultra-thin OLED TVs, bendable displays, or novel lighting concepts.

CreaPhys has more than 10 years of experience in the field, with a focus on purification of organic materials and thin film deposition. We devote our knowledge and expertise to help our customers to constantly improve their device performance – in R&D as well as on a pilot or mass production scale.

Our promise: Providing a brighter future for your organic electronic devices

High material purity is one critical aspect to the functioning of organic electronic devices and to the control of production processes. Even at seemingly high purities of 99.9% the remaining impurities may – and in most cases will – compromise the functionality of, e.g., OLED devices. Because even at 99.9% purity there are still on the order of 100,000 trillion (1017) impurities in only 0.1g of your organic material. However, there is plenty of room for improvement.

Professionally purifying your organic materials will help you to reduce impurities and increase power efficiency and lifetime of your organic electronics devices.

With our proprietary technology and our profound understanding of processes, both based upon decades of experience, we get the most out of your materials, providing a brighter future for organic electronics devices. Literally. And because we know that your products are made for everyday applications, we design our processes to also serve you on a mass production scale to a mass production price.

Our processes have been developed for organic electronics. However, our knowledge, processes and equipment also apply to various other fields like fine chemicals or life sciences. We will also gladly discuss possible applications of our technology to novel fields. Please contact us for details.

Selected Applications:

  • Organic electronic devices
  • Fine chemicals
